DataForte AB (organisationsnummer 559523-6323) is the controller for the personal data described on this page. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect on this website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or embedded third-party widgets. We do not build profiles of visitors. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the font files.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for marketing.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we process the contact details and the content of your message so that we can reply and, where relevant, evaluate a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant and then delete it.
Client project data
In client engagements we may process personal data contained in a client's systems. In those cases the client is the controller and DataForte AB acts as a processor, under a written data processing agreement that governs purpose, security measures, sub-processors, and deletion at the end of the engagement. We do not use client data for our own purposes.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate our business (for example hosting and email), under contract. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — deletion, where no legal ground requires us to keep it.
- Restriction and objection — to specific processing.
- Portability — a machine-readable copy where applicable.
To exercise any of these, email us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
